Adsorption & Catalyst (흡착&촉매)

서브-ppb 성능을 제공하는 가스 정제 시스템은 최고품질의 촉매 및 흡착을 사용하여 공정 가스의 불순물을 제거하도록 설계되었습니다. 이러한 물질은 다운타임 없이 이중 컬럼(Bed)을 사용할 때 완전히 정제된다. 두 개의 컬럼이 정제 모드와 재생 모드 사이에서 번갈아 진행됩니다. 출구 불순물 레벨이 서브-ppb 이하로 감소된다. AC 시리즈는 반도체, 평판 디스플레이, LED 및 태양 전지 응용을 위한 초고 정제된 가스를 제공하도록 설계된 이중 컬럼 정제기술을 사용하며 5 ~ 10,000 Nm³ / h의 높은 유량까지 제조할 수 있습니다
